Quite close! I calculate it to be about 385 feet using the Financial Times Building next to it in Google Earth.

It looks like this tower is pretty well mashed right up against the back of 1330, is there any clearance at all between them?

Probably just a few ft. There needs to be some space in between for swaying (in the wind).

This tower was unfortunately proposed before all of the far larger supertalls on 57th Street and Hudson Yards, and is right next to MoMA, so every NIMBY in the city came out to oppose the possible effects on the museum. 2 blocks in any direction and it would have been built to its full 1250 foot height.
