I don't get it... why is there a second crane for such a small area
and why is it mounted at this point

There is no room for logistics at ground, so i assume they need two cranes that when stuff gets delivered they can cut waiting times to hoist it up or so.

They just finished installing the second crane. I would assume that they will remove the first crane. Because the second crane is attached to the outside, it will be much better able to service the entire floor plate without a crane in the way.

I've been there just a year ago and it they were nearly done with the first diagonal, now look at it, what a progress

From that picture it seems that this tower will appear much brigther then what i have thought. In fact the dark metal cladding appears rather grey than black here.

It has a graphite like coloration. The glass is dark enchantingly dark however. It's just reflective.
