I can say I'm not a fan of this project. Then again, I'm not a fan of most of these kinds of projects. To me, it looks like the architect took some steel wool, bent it to a point, then added glass to it and said it was finished. Oh well, this will get built anyways, and so will dozens of others. At least I'll be able to watch it go up on my annual trips to NYC.

This is another great looking tower for Manhattan... it'll be a stunner once it gets built . I'm sure going to watch it rise...

I disagree. I think the angular forms of this seem to have definite purpose and are, overall, aesthetically pleasing.

One of the best projects worldwide for me... Nouvel made a new-yorkish tower, not one of these global-looking towers that we see everywhere. This city is getting very exciting these days ! If the current crisis allows it, the next 10 years will be a revolution for New York skyline.

these thread was dead for months. I've been waiting for info since then. These people keep saying the same shit over and over again. You don't see anything wrong with that. Well I see it as a waste of time. And Rizzato you sound worst then Sarah Palin because I am the working class.

Why are you always, always angry? I haven't once seen you write something even civil. Take it easy, this is a forum for people who want to freely share their opinions.

The last news I've read on this tower weren't good for its future, however we never know.

I would not be shocked if it was killed due to the economic crisis.
