Oh my god I'm so excited. This and 56 Leonard will genuinely be two of the best towers ever built in NY, and they're being built at the same time, by the same developer.

Amazing times to be a skyscraper fan in New York. Thanks for finding those RW. You're the building permit king.

Good to hear this one is on the rush, but I agree with JohnFlint.
Btw, it will have 70.547 m2 floor area and the plot is 14.015 m2.

Hines is not some schlocky, local developer. If they file a NB permit, they're ready to proceed.

Aye. I know he has a good reputation.. However, anything can happen in development, so ill wait till the steel reaches a good bit before going over board. Remember Leonard?

Looking foward to this very dark Gotham bat man tower with a modern twist. The base is probably my favorite part. The new tower of mordor?

This is crazy if 4 resi luxury supertalls were to rise at same time..can be hard to believe but if this happens, NYC is back in business after a pretty slow few years.

Congrats to jean nouvelle,

I'm so happy that, at this point, we can't even keep track of all the New York supertalls planned. By the end of the decade, NY could have as many as 20+ supertalls!

Given the debate and the reason why it was shortened in the first place, I'd say no chance.

I'm so glad this will get going already. It is an extremely beautiful building, one of the most beautiful non boxy buildings in the whole world for me

Now that's how you start a great year! New York is on fire.

This piece of art would look spectacular anywhere.
