That one render was clear enough for me.

I don't really care which one they pick, both are great.

I think either design will look good in the skyline as long as they have the sharp piecing top.

Great, so this one will finish within a year behind 432park.

Since it's over 100m shorter, maybe they'll be completed around the same time.

Yeah it's shorter. But I thought since it isn't as simple as 432 and it isn't even started. It would take somewhat longer.

Maybe. It's also pretty small at the top since it tapers a lot.

Yeah but all that random steelwork isn't a guarantee for fast construction I think. Btw, never saw these drawings before.

That's true. Anyway, this is the re-design which was approved by the DOB last year.

unlikely i would say. park ave is rising above ground an with the projected speed of 1 floor every 3 days it will reach far over 200m even this year. Verre won't even be above ground until then.

Nice, can't wait to see the photo updates within the year. We've all been looking forward to construction of this building for a while. Only a little bit longer now.

Anyway, it will be nice to see this one rise. I love massive steel constructions like this one.

Congrats, let's hope this tower is the stunner it portends to be. It is very nice indeed however from the renders, I think it should live up the hype.

I also doubt that Verre could be completed before 432 park (for sure won't top out earlier), but I could be wrong..
