I know Dubai is trying to make itself the Skyscraper City of the future but, I don't think anywhere could ever beat New York!

Ya know I'm not 100% sure so if I am wrong so be it. I think Girasole is under construction already or under prep and that Hudson Yards is a go and awaiting a bid winner.

Edit** just checked and the Hudson Yards actually has a few i's to dot and t's to cross.

I can't believe one simple comment can send a whole group of people into madness. Just shows how immature many are, complete phsychos...

After seeing the MOMA in the skyline picture above Im beginning to love it now. That is one kick ass building.

The Girasole and the Sherwood tower is not tall enough because they are closer from that view and the MOMA tower is too tall because it is further away on 6th Ave. Otherwise everything else looks accurate. If you want to you can also add in the River Place II towers that is underconstruction right now. It should be to the right of the Atelier.

Yeah the Girasole is already in the excavating process. There's a few pics in it's thread.

This is a very interesting tower, what I like most about it is it's location, right down the center line of midtown, I cannot think of a better location for a tower like this, and the design is simply awesome, the haphazard, yet totally functional diagonal bracing, and the curtain wall, esp. were it ends at the top, simply awesome.

just a great, wonderfull, 1000+ footer, for New York city, my fingers are crossed that this one goes up....
