yes, this is a condotel project of fuente triangle realty & development corp (ftrdc), the same developer who built ultima residences fuente tower and soon to be completed - the ramos tower. all these are cebu-based condo projects.

there are still available units here but for a limited time only. the chairman of ftrdc will decide soon to stop the sale of the other remaining units after seeing the very sound financial report of this project. the profits are very impressive and the demand continues to grow. there are already unit owners who have fully paid their investment here and are now reaping the fruits of their investment. they are now one of the proud hotel unit owners at crown regency resort.

there are more amenities to be built for all the crown regency resort guests to enjoy and more profits to the investors.
