It's difficult to say. There are two options to find out the height:

1: The "STRABAG-Haus" is about 45 metres, it's the small building in the left part of the pic.
2: You can say: The "Hochhaus Neue Donau" reaches without spire 120 metres.
The crane beneath the building is almost as high as the roof of the HochhausNeueDonau.

At least I would say, at the moment we have a height about 65 metres.

This thread says it'll gonna be 230 meters but SSP diagrams say it'll gonna be 220 meters. SSP diagrams have been wrong before so I'd say 230 meters is the accurate number but please correct me if I'm wrong

i think the highest rooftop will be 230m and with spire the dc1 will be 248m high.

It'll have a spire too? Looks like roof height wasn't SSP diagram's only mistake

I always try to keep the austrian data on SSP up to date, but the final height of the tower is still unclear.

The drawing of the tower is very old – maybe someone will provide an update sometime…

Looking over the posts for the last couple of months I've noticed that the tower has not increased in height very much.Has there been a slowdown on the project?

Indeed, there was a slowdown due to concrete issues...

I don't know if it was posted before, but on the Austrian forum someone confirmed that DC tower 3 will eventually be constructed, once the first two towers are built and all space is rented and sold.

True, but for a long time we didn't hear anything at all about that DC tower 3 project. Seemed like a phantom project too me. At least now we know that the project does exist and might even be built one day

I love this perspective. The towers look really high and imposing
I hope the DC Tower 1 will look in reality as good as on the renders

Does anyone know what these concrete issues were and when will the tower begin moving skyward again?
