I voted for the Incheon project, Otto Wagner once said "Something Unpractical can not be beautiful.” and i totally agree with that, he also sad that a building should correspond with the present time, not the past and not the future. I think Incheon match these attributes perfectly.

I agree, i haven't been there myself but from what i heard Dubai is crawling with prostitutes and not being able to pay your debt results in prison. Meaning you are not allowed to file for bankruptcy, you might be stuck with debt your whole life.

NOT TO MENTION THAT WORKERS ARE UNDER PAID AND TREATED BADLY.

I must say that it'ss difficult to choose between the Burj and the Spire.

I think that the Spire is a little bit more original so I'll vote for the Spire.
