I added a final picture of the Renaissance Center, which was completed a couple months ago.

A recent picture of the 4W5 Building was added. The Lippincott Building, on Market Street between 3rd & 4th Streets, was added.

I added pictures from the weekend of the 4W5 Building and the Lippincott Building.

You can see some of the work that they have done on the other 4W5 buildings, next to the corner building, if you look at the most recent and then the first pictures. Spray paint has been removed, and new windows are in. The other buildings are starting to look well.

Market Street will make for an amazing walk once all the buildings are renovated like the 4W5. Looks promising.

I changed the name of the 4W5 Building to 421 Market Street, which is what Buccini/Pollin is calling it. I also addded a picture of 421 Market Street, which looks like it is done being renovated.

I added a picture of the Lippincott from about a month ago. The windows are being put on, and it's looking a lot nicer.

The Lippincott building is apparently finished. I put a new picture up of it, although I need to include the entire block the next time.

Not right now, but I was able to add a new picture of the Lippincott Building. I also added Pettinaro's project at the old courthouse, although I'm not sure of the official name just yet.

That WSF building is nice except for that crappy base floor. What's up with that?

Great photos. I like the way you put them in chronological order and show the progress on each project. Wilmington seems to have a lot going on and is really looking good.

I like the WSFS Bank Building from the front as well. The back doesn't look too great but it's tough to make things look good on all sides. That little extension is the downtown post office, which was moved there one the building was completed because it would then have more room. It looks bad in these pictures because that's the side of it; the entrance fronts up against a small plaza.

Thanks! Not much going on now; the boom is over. There's only a couple projects under construction, either in Center City or at the Riverfront, but a highrise that could threaten our tallest could begin soon.

I've been hesitant to call it an official project, since the story came out on April 1, but Pettinaro still has the building up as one of its projects. On their website, it says that construction will begin in 2010.
