RECIFE | Projects & Construction

For those of you who don't know (most of you, I guess ), Recife is the capital of Pernambuco, a northeast brazilian state. Here are some of our U/C and proposed residential projects.

Brennand Plaza

Maria Edicta

Maria Ângela Lucena

Píer Maurício de Nassau & Duarte Coelho

A. Trajano

Tereza Novaes

Beach Class International

Proposed: Boa Viagem & Pina complex

The beach where all of those (except Píer Maurício de Nassau & Duarte Coelho) are/will be:

I understand your point of view. The thing is, we have different cultures, and Brazil isn't really having a economic boom such as some parts of China, India, Angola etc.

I know what you mean. It's sickening to see too many constructions. But you need to think like awhile back like 15 years ago where there is nothing. Now, the world is booming even though some are bursting. Don't forget that India is not even starting. Once that country starts this business, it will be more sickening.

Yes, all of these projects are very nice. not to tall, and not to short, and not to flashy, I would love to see towers like this in Los Angeles.

One of the things I love about Brazil are its residential towers, and how the people in it's urban areas have adopeted to highrise living, somethiong iI wish could happen here in the U.S. also, Recife is one of the citys on my "to see" list, and there is only 5 citys on that list......

Recife has nice buildings. The old district is also nice.

Recife is the city of rivers and bridges.
