now, this piece of news tops it all - UOA is applying for MSC Cybercentre status for Horizon Phase 1 & 2 (24 blocks in total) and hopes to obtain approval in 2009. If one uses Midvalley/KL Sentral as a yardstick, one can imagine the impact this will have on Park Residences' property values and rentals.

the 1st phase of Sphere which they are building now is indeed F&B nia!
the second phase will have smaller hypermarket and specialist shops....but don't expect a mini-me MidValley.

Alamak...the design is institutional and downright atrocious. Talk about fugly...they are similar to those so-called "projects" of south-side Chicago. Thank goodness they are not 60-stories!!! These designs do no justice for any city...period!
