Hillvista still falls under D21.
Both projects cater to different market need, as you may know Park Natura concept is green green green. For Hillvista, its the location & prestige. Location Elizabeth Drive, your address will reflect status. Though if you ask me, i rather stay in Park Natura cos the rooms are bigger.

Yes
![]() Also Park Natura has bigger plot size which results in bigger and better facilities. Not for people who want privacy and exclusiveness as Park Natura is more family oriented.

yeah, agree.. please correct me if i got the info wrong, understand that they don't build any penthouse units at hillvista and the biggest is 4-bedroom size at about 1300+sqft. whereas for park natura the 3-bedroom already 1378sqft to 1400+sqft.

Confirmed is District 23 from the postal code 669743. Starting with '66xxxx' will fall under District 23. The end of District 21 is at Hume Park.

Thanks Arthur, for the technical correction.
It always good to have a few agents in the forum, just don't go overboard with the sublimal advertising. :-) |

Wow. Hillvista's units so small. So little living space.

I think you must ask RafflesCity to do that.

I went to the showroom yesterday, and OMG! The 4-bedders are so small but FEO managed to make it look big! Ceiling heights are the usual 3m, unless it is a ground floor unit with a patio, you will get a 3.5m ceiling.
As of now, FEO is only selling the middle block that is sandwiched between the two other blocks. Hillvista is seriously worth checking out if you don't mind the small living space. The agent that attended to me commented that "prices are lower that nearby developments" and "they don't take their cue from nearby developments, Park Natura, which is going for about $1,000 psf - $1,200 psf". Any foumner here can justify this? And the agent that attended to me commented that a unit at #3-09 cost $975,000 which is actually a four bedder. I think architectually this building is beautiful but the units are too small. Facilities wise, is impressive. There are pools on both sides with the usual jaccuzzi and BBQ pit. However, there is onyl one permanent BBQ pit beside the swimming pool, while one is "temporary", meaning it can be moved into your PES, Just collect from management ![]() Managed to take a few pictures of the sclae model to share with some of you. Had to take it fast ![]() Clever FEO, use reflective glass for the scale model ![]() ![]() The entrance. ![]() The two aerial views. Seriously, I think full glass is nice but the bay windows actually spoil the nice flow of the reflective glass. Doesn't match, does it? ![]()

The agent told me that for the middle block that is the only block launched, 80% sold already.
