those two tall buildings are crap. They look like they belong on out of town business parks, and they stifle the flow of the city on portland street.

I'd love to see them redevelop that entire area, down to canal street.

i don't think anyone knows. trouble is, now capita have signed up for a 5 year lease so i don't see how. who know what will happen once it's over but presumably they won't bother because the office market here is so competitive now.
