Maybe they are just referring to the number of office floors or highest occupied since the latest diagrams have showed more than 50 and 70 floors for both towers?

Same situation in complexes around the world where the skyscrapers are U/C and the supertalls have yet to start, however, those threads are in the correct sections.
Maybe this thread wants to move up artifically because it is in New York but we all know that no supertall is U/C on the site right now. Simple as that.
You sound jealous of New York. The evil New York thread is against your forum rules just because its New York, right?

Thinking of modeling the whole project in sketchup so as renders for towers to the north get released I can add them. That way we can see what they will look like along side HY. E-tower goes first. Note some renders suggest staggered lower ledges while others don't so I just left them equal for now.

Easy to forget how big this thing is:

This tower is shaped weird so if there's an angle you want to see I can show it.

Seems like this one will be appear very thin from some points. Unlike the office towers.

No I actually think New York is incredible. If I wasn't from the United States you would probably call me an American hater or something.

I actually think this complex will be incredible along with practically every current project in New York, except 56 Leonard Street I don't like the design.

All I'm saying is factual, this thread needs to be broken up because no supertall is U/C on site right now. Tell me that isn't a fact. Thread rules are thread rules whether the buildings are in China, New York, India, or anywhere else on Earth.

I will keep requesting this thread to be moved and placed correctly until it is done. If you have a problem with that then so be it but rules are rules no matter what city we are dealing with.

Yea nice render. Equinox will be a nice tower.

When it comes to scrapers I'm not the biggest fan of spires. I mean I like em but just don't want to see to many of them in a skyline. With that said, this building would look fantastic if it had a spire to give it more height.

Btw funkyskunk, your model is a bit too tall, it is now as tall as 4wtc, should be 15 ft lower.

If this tower is 408 meters, then it should be taller than the ESB (381m). Am I right? Or that 381 meters tall doesn't include the spire?

No. The rendering made by funkyskunk above is the Equinox Tower which is 290 m tall. It is one of the residential towers for the Hudson Yards. The 408 m is the Hudson North office tower which will be taller than the ESB.

It doesn't include the antenna, so it will be taller than ESB by architectural height.
