Nice!

Amazingly, at just under 1,300', it will be shorter than the following buildings (and possibly more that we don't yet know about):

1. Nordstrom 1,490'
2. One Vanderbilt 1,415'
3. Steinway 1,400'
4. 432 Park 1,398'
5. One WTC 1,365' (approx)
6. Chez Shvo/125 Greenwich 1,355' (approx)
7. 2 WTC 1,350'

Only in NY, lads!

in the related site offices there are countdown clocks for each part of this project. Tower C, Tower A, Tower D, Tower E, Platform, Tunnel, etc.

There is also a countdown clock for the artwork, but its very name is obscured on the clock in the public area of the offices.
The "countdown" clock for Tower C is no longer a countdown...

Slippage is not unexpected. I've been doubting for a while that they would get a TCO for 10HY this year (2015)...

As for 30 HY itself, AFAIK, T-P still has to build a replacement yard control "tower" before they can remove the upper floor of the LIRR building to overbuild 30 HY...

Thanks, Jack. Do you have any news on the constantly changing (and worsening) E Tower? The original design was great. The "latest" is lame. I hope that it reverts to the original.

Thanks. I'm fairly sure that something nice will rise there and that the latest of the mundane designs will not rise there.

Excellent!! Any height increase is good news despite it's only a couple of feet. Seriously, it's good to see it disclosed in the filings finally.

I agree about 35 Hudson. The design has gotten worse and a huge downer but the latest look I'm on the fence. The one with the multiple setbacks... I think it could be interesting and very Gotham all depending of the materials that would be used for the cladding. Would like to see a rendering of that model first b4 passing judgement.

Damn how many tons of Steel are being installed there for that Coverage platform? :O this covering solution reminds me of the highrise future Plans of the Frankfurt in 2001 where they wanted to cover the tracks of main station to build several high rises above. I think this 30 HY will turn out great! I love NYC!

Well, the price of steel is at record low, so why not.
