Still a huge step up. And anyway that rendering looks like it's just leaving out some buildings and it isn't hugely detailed. The only building that looks like it's detailed is 30 Hudson and thats cause thats basically a promo saying 30's filled.

Part of an impressive cluster for sure. Not really a fan of the random shapes glass skyscraper architecture that is so prevalent today. It's durable, inexpensive and provides great views. From the outside though, it makes for a cold, stark and bland look for a city. It's nice that NYC isn't all glass boxes.

There's a thread titled "West Side Mega Redevelopment", you could try there, if you haven't already.
Of course, it's a bit more than HY, but at least a lot of the individual projects are placed in context.
