FYI: The height of 395 m. is taken from sea level and the floor count of 90 is the marketing number. Correct numbers are 386.6 m. and 73 actual floors. Source: blueprints.

I never happened to know about this, my bad.
can you explain how they market a 73 floor skyscraper as 90? Thanks!

I imagine that it is more attractive to potential tenants if the floor count is marketed higher. One of the first examples of this tactic; was the Trump World Tower. It was marketed as a 90-storey residential building, while actually it was only 72 floors.

Another early case was the Rio Masquerade Tower Las Vegas. Here is a quote from their website: Both men and women will delight in amazing views of Las Vegas from the VooDoo Rooftop Nightclub, located on the 51st story of the resort's Masquerade Tower. High-tech fun and cool cocktails also await in the iBar.

The building is actually 42 storeys. Again, it would seem more impressive if you were having a cocktail on the 51st floor than the 42nd.

Yea this is true, the official diagrams show 1,268' to the top of the roof when measured from street level.

I guess even the official site never got that memo.

Nice to see that there hasn't been a construction slowdown compared to the last two years

Great to see so much progress

The main tower is just behind the structure from this viewpoint. The front part will rise just a little as you can see.
