I wonder how many floors they've constructed by now. The building doesn't even look that tall because of its massive appearance. I guess once they reach a height at least half as 10 Hudson Yards it will start to appear tall. Or maybe they already reached that height.
This is my favorite project in New York at the moment, alongside tower Verre.

It's already about half as tall as 10HY but it's still very wide, it's does taper, but the first setback is not before 250m.

I think it's nice to have these massive looking office towers as a contrast to the residential towers rising at Billionaire's row.

That glass is way more reflective than I would have thought.

I love that last picture, it's like the two glassy towers make frame for 1WTC which we can see in the distance.

I want those exact same pics taken exactly one year from now! Imagine a gif with an October 2016 photo and an October 2017 photo. 30HY is likely to be topped out then and 15H, 35HY, 55HY, 1MW and 3HB making a strong impact on the skyline.

This might be the most badass steelwork of the decade, after Shanghai Tower.

I shot this pic about a year ago from Jersey City Heights... 10 Hudson Yards (and Midtown in general) was so frickin' massive. Think it's time I go back again for an updated pic with all the HY towers U/C (especially 30 HY).

The construction speed of Hudson Yards has really astonished me. Last time I checked this thread was last week and they had installed about 1 cladding panel. Now they've already installed cladding for 3 floors. Amazing!

Interesting picture. It is like a forest of brick, stone and plaster with a range of glass at the horizon. And within two years it will be even more dramatic, with the addition of 30 HY, 15 HY and Manhattan West.

Footprint-wise, this is the largest tower being constructed in NYC (maybe 1Vandy rivalizes it), right?? Man, it looks even bigger than the twins.

The footprint of 30HY is a massive 60ksf. 1VB is 48ksf, and the twins were 44ksf each.
