Considering the construction speed of this right now, this could surpass the Coach Tower by july/august, and if work still doesn't slow down after, it could top out by Jan/Feb 2018
with all supports/construction elevators be removed by Late 2018, ready for opening in January 2019.

This might be just Science Fiction, Because topping this thing out and building the suspended observatory could take some months

Itīs amazing to think that the whole Hudson Yards phase 1 will be dwarfed by the Manhattan West towers from that view point. I feel like the Manhattan West complex is the most underrated one right now in Manhattan.

I wouldn't say so, it's just that a lot of work is going on in the complicated base, since there's no vertical progress, not a lot of people tall about it, I'm sure that will change after we see more vertical progress.

Manhattan West is going to be a monster, but everyone gotta admit that Phase 1 of Hudson Yards is rising quickly, Specially 30 Hudson, since my photo update (3 days ago) it has added 2/3 floors, But Im expected to see Manhattan West start rising soon!

It's rising with a lovely pace so far, judging by the last photo it might reach the height of 10 HY till summer, hopefully. I can't wait to see it in person, regular people usually go to see Times Square, and I'll wonder around construction sites, oh well I guess that's what I get for being an Architecture lover.

Honestly I think they are a bit of a let down compared to the Hudson Yards towers and the developments on that block.

I mean, they are gonna look nice but that's it, and the base will be the high point of that tbh.

Now, if the Manhattan west complex towers were as they were first proposed.. design and height wise with one of them even passing the 350m mark, I would be all over that project .

I'm a little confused. Can we please have a map of where all the various buildings will be (including Manhattan West)?
