well now. looks like we have 2 new supertalls on the way. looks like phase one is also going to have 2 other significant sized towers besides these two supertalls as well. one of them looks to be ~200m.

Anyway, nice to see such bustling signs of life from this project. Congratulations NYC!

I'm not sure whether I really like this design, it might need its time to grow on me.
