I dunno if it's a Libeskind design or not. Holy Libeskind is just a phrase I use instead of holy hell

As to the floor height, I just found it in the diagram that was posted here earlier. It looks like normal floor heights to me so I guess much of the 2WTCish diamond part will be a crown

Except these don't have to go through the proposed/approved phase, these can be built without that entire process. So I think Approved would be a more fitting title.

I agree with you. If they don't need approval they're in the same phase as having an approval.

The green space at the base of the towers is also a very good part of the complex.

Stunning project, wich will take the NY skyline (along with WTC 1,2,3,(4?) ) to the next level. How big of a change is there it will get built, and when?

I dunno when it'll gonna be finished but iirc construction, or at least preparation should start next year. From that I can speculate the buildings might be finished in like 2016 or so

According to the press release the first shorter tower is supposed to start next spring and be ready for occupancy sometime in 2015. I'd have to imagine that would mean your looking at 2016-2017 for completion of the first phase portion of the whole thing, if things go as planned.

In addition to this project, the new Hudson Boulevard, which will start at 42nd Street and terminate at the Yards, also will transform this area!

P.S.: 12 sites between 10th and 11th Avenues along the Boulevard will accomodate towers of 300m+!
