They will be. No developer will waste a cm of air rights! There are also many other sites not depicted in that diagram that will house supertalls.

it would be kewl for the nyc skyline to form like a bowl at the midtown edges and have the empire state building stick out in the center. we can have our cake and eat it too that way

This development looks like something I would design if money was no object.

- Whoa, I am out for a couple of days and look at all the developments. This project is going to be awesome. I do hope Manhattan West also goes up alongside this.

Related's visiting MIT in a couple of weeks, let's see what I can learn.

It will be a whole section of the city on it's own eventually, so it's won't stand out like a soar thumb hopefully.

It will be the Rockefeller centre of our generation and as the Rock center on 5th av it will be integrated into the city's fabric very well within the upcoming few decades.

Yeah if you consider allof the upcoming projects in midtown
Ie. Tower verre, one57, 440 park, 15 Penn and such, modern generation skyscrapers will help Hudson yards' new proposals fit in just fine.

Looks great new and fresh. Great angles and cladding and it dont have any spires neither wich is abit unusual on the tallest New York skyscrapers

great architecture for New York and the height is immense Great location also

And they are pretty much twins witch is just fantastic

glad to see it approved and closing into ground breaking
