Damn. Disliked reduction the height of the South Tower. I think it is far out of proportion to the north tower. But, the Nort Tower is amazing...

It's a bit shorter yes, but the North Tower is so cool that I'm ok with it, plus the other supertall and towers that will be developed here...

As long as the observation deck is going to be similar to Top of the Rock (safe, but you can view outside and not necessarily behind glass), I'm satisfied

That's a project I encourage, much better than trees on towers.

Great boulevard indeed, I'm looking forward to see this. NY is definitely in need of a neat green boulevard. (But what's wrong with ^ trees on towers?)

It already has three, but more are always welcome!

The new boulevard looks like a really nice place to spend a weekend. This redevelopment will truly make a city within a city. The urban contribution of it is tremendous

It will be lined with supertalls.

Moinian's Girasole, Extell's One Hudson Yards, Javit's Hotel, and Sherwwod's site are all marked on the diagram.

^ That's looking ridiculous. No idea where it's coming from, but that's clearly not what could be liked about the very idea of "green towers".

Such as Trump Tower NYC.

Anyway, that's not the topic here, we have single threads for this topic.

If New York begins putting trees on all their towers, my thoughts on the skyline will plunge. They make it look neglected and overgrown.

I still don't like that, especially being in the historical Flatiron District.

It would looks good if it weren't built on top of an old building. I hate when old style and modern style buildings are fused together

I always feel merging old and new like shown above can make a city look organic and emphasizes its natural growt in a beautiful way. Same with incorperating green into buildings, can look good if done right. That Shard ripoff with balconies glued to is looks ridiculous by the way :P
