Are you including spires, btw? 45 for Shanghai including proposals and spires is rather conservative. Will count them tonight when I'm back home.

Last time I upgraded my Shanghai list there were around 50, a couple of them were reduced to <200m though, but some others are coming now.

BTW, If you want a serious table for Chinese cities you shouldn't check Emporis. They ignore almost every project in China, including supertalls. 80% of 200m+ projects added in the last 3 years are there because I told the editors about them, and even so many of them weren't included just because they didn't like the sources despite of being official websites, press, etc. They are too busy listing 12 floor shit in Johnny Springs and I guess.

Also, they don't add almost any finished project in China to their Top 200 anymore, for no reason. Even if the project is listed as finished in its profile. Just crazy.

I haven't enough info about other cities to make a good list But I'll do my best.

I can post an Excel list of 200m+ projects for each city too if you want.

You should make two lists, one of them excluding proposals. Just an opinion On the other hand, the line between proposed and approved is too ambiguous...

I'm upgrading the Shanghai list right now...

Here we go...

Shanghai | 1 | 2 | 4 | 65 | 72 < I think it is very accurate. Maybe I should exclude a couple of dead projects though.

List:

Shenyang | 0 | 3 | 12 | 13 | 28 < None of them is built! I might be missing some proposals.

List:

Chongqing | 1 | 0 | 17 | 71 | 89 < Updated. Huge mess in Chongqing, I list porposed and approved together because most of the times I can't find the difference.

List:

BONUS!!

ALL SUPERTALL PROJECTS IN GREATER CHINA. Included even concept proposals as long as they have real chances Double ranking here, the second counting excludes proposals.

Supertall Map

Oh, I'm so tired now. I'll post the list for Dalian this weekend, but no more cities.
I don't think I can make an accurate list of any other city. I'm watching the projects going in Shanghai, Chongqing, Shenyang and Dalian quite closely, so I think the lists are well updated The other skyrocketing cities are Tianjin, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, but they're even more complicated to follow imo.

Enjoy!
