actually this project is quite advanced.. (although the rendering maybe not final one)

고양시 '브로멕스 킨텍스 랜드마크 타워' 용지가격 공고【고양=뉴시스】

경기 고양시가 추진 중인 초고층(100층 내외) 브로멕스 킨텍스 랜드마크 타워의 용지 공급가를 1㎡당 약 310만원, 총액 1237억4200여만원으로 결정 공고했다.

고양시는 지난 5일 사업설명회에 이어 용지 공급가액을 공고하고 내년 1월23일에 사업 제안서를 일괄 접수하고 2월 이내에 우선협상대상자 선정을 통해 8월 내에 용지공급계약을 체결, 늦어도 2010년 중에는 건물이 착공될 수 있도록 추진한다는 방침이다.

한편 시는 지난달 25일 킨텍스 단지 내 지원시설부지(부지면적 3만9810㎡)에 업무, 주거, 기타 부대시설이 포함된 복합개발(MXD) 방식의 초고층 랜드마크 타워를 조성하는 내용의 용지 공급에 대한 사업자를 공모했다.

방송영상 복합도시 조성을 추진해 온 고양시는 이 부지 내에 최저 80층 이상 100층 내외의 높이로 랜드마크 타워를 건립해 방송영상 관련 기업 등 업무시설과 주거, 문화, 상업시설 등을 유치할 예정이다.

시는 지난 10월 초 개최된 고양시 도시계획심의위원회를 통해 이 부지의 높이 제한을 200m에서 450m로 상향 조정하고 용도변경 등을 결정한 바 있다.

제발 Korea2002님 관련없는 프로젝트 올리지 말고 또 여러 개 복사판으로 짓는 아파트들은 올리지 말아주세요
그거 너무 싸구려로 취급되고 거의 스팸수준의 글이 되어 보는 사람들도 짜증날 수도 있고 한국에 대한 이미지도 동반 싸구려 취급될 수도 있습니다.

제발 양보다는 질을 생각해서 여러 개 복사판으로 짓는 아파트들은 올리지 말고 완전 확정된 것 아니고선 여기 쉽게 올리지 말아주세요.
한국은 이미 초고층 프로젝트 남발로 비웃는 외국 포러머들 많습니다,

하나라도 감동 주고 관심을 끌만한 것으로,,,,..

님처럼 스팸수준 여러 개 또 한꺼번에 도배하듯 올리시면 운영자로부터 추방당할 수도 있습니다.
