It does look like under 500m. But it is just a conceptual proposal and they may use similar design but different height. Anyways that one is not gonna be built

The design is pretty advance and the design looks similar to Guangzhou Pearl River Tower. I wonder if its also a green (eco-friendly) building?

I think it is gonna have some high-tech element. Cos one of the renders above says: "Technology arms buildings"...

BTW the building is very close to the SZ-HK border

These are huge, huge news. Shenzhen has 3 towers above 400m on the way!!!

The project in that render was early proposed for Chongqing, and the height was around 280m. Then the developer moved the project to Shenzhen and increased the height to 500m+, but the concept design was still the same: Same twins, much taller. The rest of the story was posted by williamhou2005 already.

the twin towers look great, but for the new one, well, I would say it is, hmm, very interesting.

Any chance of it to be taller than the Pingan building?

Really exciting news. Shenzhen's skyscrapers are really booming. We expect more good news from Shenzhen and Guangzhou.
