The complex is located near Monot.

It is only 200 metres away from Hugo 43.

I saw the site months ago. There were excavation works going.

Jamil Saab is the developer of this project.

I knew about this project since last summer but all that was avaible was the render so I didn't open a thread about it.

I dont know know about all these renders with trees. I think developers do this so it doesnt look like a concrete slab...some of the places of the trees look hard to maintain...who/how are they watered? are people really going to have all the same trees on there patios?

love the colors of the old buildings and that they are low rise!!
some new paint and some green on the roofs instead of being empty and it looks great!
