The spire is superfluous, but otherwise, it looks nice.

please change it to New York City. Brooklyn is not a city....

that yellow is kind of wierd, but I think it might look good ( I have seen other nice buildings colored yellow, although not as tall). The spire I think looks perfect, slender and not too long.
congrats new york, but you are presenting a new supertall every week now... and I'm getting cunfortably adapted to it!!!

so, start getting ready for next week

Not sure about the yellow. The spire is just meh. Other then that it is decent. Not stunning but a nice starter supertall for Brooklyn.

It doesn't look bad.If you look at the more detailed render you see this one might have a cool cladding.

Yeah, I'm not sure it will happen. But I actually like the design. I don't mind the yellow. It's a risky color choice because you have to get the right shade of yellow for it to look good in real life, but if it's done well, it should be great.

Do you really think Dubai will be building like that forever?

This building should be great because the glassy side seems to be facing Manhattan.

As for this one, none of us saw it coming. It would have not been so shocking if it was proposed on Manhattan.

This month alone, NYC has seen five or six new supertalls
(don't forget to add at least one or two which will likely be built in Hudson Yards).

Also, don't get the idea that Manhattan is depleted of proposing new supertalls. There will be lots more.

No i dont htink but its the city which builds and will build supertalls like no other....when we count the ucs in Dubai which already hits the 300m mark than Dubai already has the most supertallls in one city.

But IMO NYC will always be something more special than any other place in this world.....NO city without exeption will ever beat this city......its totally indifferent what a other city will build or has built. It has a that dense skyline already that it will be difficult to beat it.

NYC GO GO GO GO I love you

Renzo Piano is very famous Architect of modern day. He's doing a project called Ars Aevi-museum of modern art in Sarajevo-Bosnia.

Best of luck NYC!!!
