Will there be an Empire State Tower in KL?

"At the corner of Jalan Raja Chulan and Changkat Raja Chulan"

Advertised by the infamously notorious Sunshine Empire company. Hmm.. can anyone confirm the status of this 'project'? Says to be built in 2009

hmm..probably a residential building. There are several unnamed proposals around Bukit Bintang..might be one of them. But this MLM company..better don't trust them 1st haha

looks good in rendering...juxtaposes itself with kg baru surroundings especially with 4-stories flats nearby...

he he ..the name by the way, its too grand for its size...and a bit cheesy and corny since msian developers loves anything american such as times square, central/sentral, etc.

and then comes the tagline, "mayor of metropolitan" ...that is way too corny, not sure anything else can top that...

anyway, i could see several new development along that area...hopefully soon with several skyscrapers which form one cluster that produce mini skyline...cool stuffs

the name itself doesnt really suitable 4 a residence tower.....empire state tower shud be a huge tall n grand office tower.....they shud rename it as empire residence tower .... furthermore its juz a 30flr residence tower....
