I actually don't think it is bad at all. I like it, but then I also like dark buildings. If this building had been beige or white it would have been ugly

In my experience, big over hangs like this, and pedestrian bridges, just kill the area nearby and under neath.

FBI building in DC, no one walks on the sidewalks around it due to the psychological factor of that imposing overhang.

Just a bad idea.

It will kill foot traffic on the plaza beneath.

pretty much the bank of guangzhou... in shenzhen and it grew like 35m wider than taller.

True. It looks like the design and colors changed a bit for both buildings.
