It appears I voted 6.5 sometime ago...Is a huge city, that goes without saying and the skyline is of course small for its size...derrr. However, there is a huge collection of midrisers in Lagos, if the government manages to behave itself, this will develop into a far larger and taller skyline in the decades to come.

For a city of about 10 million people, the skyline is kinda dissapointing. Not many true highrises, but at least there are some (6/10)

Kind of looks like New Orleans in the 1970s. Looks very interesting. Makes some American cities look as bland as white bread.
