the skyline over lagos will change alot in 10 years with some project going on right now.

Pathetic....it needs more supertalls and a massive cleanup effort. I was there in 1994 and from what I saw and hear about it now it needs ALOT of improvement.

3/10 but Lagos and the rest of Nigeria have alot of potential.

The scape shouldn't be a surprise if not for Corruption it would look way better but that's all behind Nigeria. I give it a 7.5[
