I think Port of Spain has the nicest skyline in the Caribbean. I like the fact that the skyline is not filled up to the brim with generic commie blocks therefore giving the city an organized and zoned look similar to that of a typical American city.
Yeah, I agree the city could still use more skyscrapers but lets keep in mind that this city has less than 50,000 people so this city does have a limit in the amount of growth it could sustain. 8.5/10 |
