NASHVILLE | ICON in the Gulch | 22 fl | Com

ICON in the Gulch!

An older industrial neighborhood in downtown Nashville is being transformed into a new mixed-use, urban neighborhood complete with housing, restaurants, and retail space.

ICON in the Gulch is designed to appeal to urban dwellers seeking upscale residences with amenities such as landscaped terraces, a pool, and enclosed parking.

Sitting atop 20,000 square feet of first floor retail, +/- 400 residential units will be contained within mid- and high-rise towers. A six-story parking structure will provide space for 880 vehicles.

Groundbreaking took place in March 2006 and the project is scheduled to open in Spring 2008.

Finished? Only the concrete structure, there is still a lot of work to do...

And its still missing some floors...

ya but whats the height of a floor 4 meters-----that means 88 meters tall with a 10 metered spire lets say 100 meteres....although nice design

this building still has about 10 stories to go, where are you guys getting that its done from? .................

Why? There are tons of highrises under 300 feet. It should be more like 150 feet, not 300. This project should go in the highrise sub-forum seeing how it is a highrise. Right?
