VILNIUS | Vetruna towers | 85m |16fl & 24fl | U/C
Office complex with total area of 62 000 m2. It'll be finished at the first half of 2008 year. Location: Lvovo st. 25, Vilnius.

 Yep.  Though "Registru centras" will occupy only those lower floors, both towers will be rented and they belong to "Vetruna", so we changed name to "Vetruna towers".

Height information is from one miestai.net forumer who claimed that he has email from architects. Now name. Read carefully what's written in your link: "Administracinių pastatų kompleksas , Registrų centras". Even thread title at miestai.net was changed from Registrų centras. Plus officially it's called "Naujasis Verslo Centras". I prefer to stick to Vetruna towers.
