i thought it had a stairwell and/or observatory in it. also its a central spire of 2 towers symbolising unity and power.

Does the Federation tower cheat to participate in this diagram? There are other towers with lower roof that participate in this diagram.
Russians just like long spires - remember Stalin sisters.
If YOU don't like long spires make another thread where only roofs heights are taken into consideration.
PS Do you know that cheating is smth that is not permitted?

^it has if you include its height above slab! the foundation slab is 15.7m below grd level. so it is 601m above slab or 586m above grd. some people say its hgeight should be above slab ,others above grd. so official height will be 819m (above grd) or 835m (above slab).

This tower has the rights to be in this diagram IMO, but its rediculuos to call a tower 506m high when its only 360m to roof, thats 29% spire and the rest is the actual building.......btw why dont we may say here our opinion without beeing attacked? I mean i dont want to critises russia and Moscow!

RESPECT IS WHAT WE NEED HERE

everyone is different and has different opinios and thats good! And it isnt my aim to begin a debate here!

Sorry, I always thought the word 'cheat' was used as an insult/attack...

I agree with you, but it was you who started a debate saying that the Federation Tower cheats...
