Frankfurt am Main-Niederrad

Here are some photos of the Frankfurt midrise district Niederrad between Frankfurt City Center and Frankfurt Airport. No building is higher than 100m.

Nice, but the business park really needs some new projects. Many of the buildings are quite dated.

What does it matter that the projects are dated? Many of those are impressive modernist buildings, and will remain so. I enjoy new projects too, but that the current buildings "are dated" is an odd justification for the "need" for new buildings.
