Hi,
What do you want to know?
I've worked there for a while.
It is a tower that has been built in the late 60's. It is full of asbestos fibers, so the destruction was actually easier than rebuilding it.
EDF (French national electricity provider) was using it mainly for their IT department the latest years.
There was a very nice view from the tower, as it was very close to Paris (less than 5 kms to the Eiffel Tower).

By the way, for the one who said that this tower would be better in the the "skyscrapers" area, I guess, La Defense, I say you don't know Issy les Moulineaux then!
This is probably the fastest growing city in Paris neighbourhood, and many building -not as high as this one that's true- are getting built there.
Issy is one of the very few cities where more people work (+80,000) than actually live (+60,000). There are many headquarters there (Medias like Canal Plus, Arte, Eurosport, but also HP, EMI Music, Chronopost, L'equipe (french sport newspaper), Amaury (the organizer of The "Tour De France" which is why it is crossing Issy les Moulineaux almost every year), Bouygues, for who this building is, and many other)
Microsoft is also building its CET headquarters there :

So I definitely think this is the right place. A tower is replacing an other one!
