My God. The thinnes in unbelievable, that might be the slimmest tower I know. At least there are nice views in each appartment

Just picture those views from the very top, your breathe would be taken a mile away.

The 'air rights' of the buildings to the south on this block have been bought. Air rights being the possible build up that the buildings to the south could have built up to but have not done so at the momment.

Air rights tend to be in the form of square feet and in the context of FAR. For example a FAR of 10 means you can build 10 floors that occupy the full envelope of the property.

There must be around a hundred 40+ floor towers going up in NY. This new tower with over 40 floors is currently going up quite close to this project:

How do you know there is no cladding on the building. If it is based just on those pictures then you would have no basis to know as the first 7 floors are not shown in those pictures.
