Imagine being at the top of that building when it was being built.

If you don't like an individual's ideas or think they are always off topic you can always put them on your ignore list so you don't have to watch their banter unless some other user quotes them.

I missed this one somehow. It looks incredible! Almost reminds me of a big handgun magazine. Or computer chip. But anyways, I think this looks great in New York.

Well, thinks it looks pretty good, considering it was built keeping into consideration that another skyscraper is going to get built right next to it in the next couple of years.

You would never find it in that pic without the arrows.

I did!
I found the pic on flickr saw the bldg after few seconds and thought:
"i have to post this on the relevant thread, if no1 did already"

I read that in this thread b4... but i'm surprised... another SKYSRAPER???
But hey, that bldg-site is even more narrow at NW-side
.

I read the whole thread and figured out how many were amazed by its sleekness and fear it might collapse...
I guess they don't realized that the areal isn't square...it is somehow like a triangle
And i guess that makes the building more stable against high wind pressure. Not sure though

About the 121 Units on 42 floors:
compare the site with a car, and suddenly it could be possible to have 3 units/ floor and maybe one or 2 'penthouses'

anybody got a floorplan???
