It's on Houhai Dadao (后海大道) next to Costal City (海岸城) Shopping Center.

In skyscraper.cn people call it "Great Wall 300+ project", lol, because the developer is called Great Wall Ltd. Not much information is known about it, not many people searching about it also, thanks to Kingkey, Pingan and other more attractive projects overshadowing it.

I think the box design is the one chosen, however I can not confirm as no information is heard recently, apart from fans taking photos.
