Great! Warsaw and Moscow, these cities will have the best skyline in Europe in 10 years!

It's nice and will only get better but as of now it is nowhere near the best skyline...

I don't say it's already the best, but it will, if they finish most of the projects.

Our Warsaw has several high skyscrapers too and they makes really nice skyline...
While indeed the highest towers are under construction in Moscow and this city will get at least one of the best skylines in Europe, I don't see any reason for flame wars about it. Poland's economy is about 3x smaller than Russian one, it is obvious that we don't get so high towers as Moscow, however, "Kulczyk" tower and other projects are really very good and will enrich significantly already beautifull Warsaw skyline. I prefer to be happy with that and focus how Warsaw will look in, for example, 2010 instead bashing other cities.

Nice towers in Moscow. However we're talking about europe here. Russia is only in strict geographical means partially in Europe (and still far far away east at the very end of the continent).

It is not in Europe in political, cultural, nor civilizational terms.

I know russians has the biggest airplane, the deepest hole drilled in earth, biggest nuclear power station etc.

But the developement of all of those was conducted like in China - no economical or practical reasons, many people were forced to move and suffered from those decisions of their dictators.

I would not put Russia in comparison to any developed, democratic european country. It is like different planet.

Dude. Russia is in Europe and has always been in Europe. Europe is a continent, not a standard of living or any Western Euro-centric definition of it. France is no more European than Russia or Greece or Latvia.

Back to thread: Poland certainly seems to have gone through a huge change over the past 20 years. It's good to see the country prospering.

bleh..I hate this tower it looks like a commieblock covered with high reflective glass...It can't be called architecture for me...
And another thing making living floors(21-64) over hotel floors is simply stupidity....even a child knows that living higher then 20th fllor isn't nothing nice for our health and it is simply not comfortable...a man could stand working or living for few nights on such a height but permanent living is imposible...

tell that to the thousands of people that live above the 20th floor around the world. most of them see it as a privilege ..
