They started this one really quick, I just saw the rendering in the paper about a month ago.

This is probably my favortie p^roject going on in MOntreal. And it came as a surprise. There was almost no promotion for the tower before they started construction.

I love the simple lines and the sleek look to this black tower. Can't wait to see it finished!

I went to Montreal in 2003 and thought it was a great city but i hate this building. It looks like the crap they put up here in the UK in the 1960s. Which they are either recladding or demolishing at the moment.

I guess, nowadays, something's (ahem) "retro" just by reckoning so....

(Ahem) it seems Le quartier des spectacles's become a cop-out by having crap like that bounding it....

Most of my growing-up was in the UK in the '70s, and -- believe me -- that tower block`s very «à la Montréal» . . .

Atleast It is going to have a life after it completed , because many buildings around it either abandoned or became warehouse in terrible conditions, and this is right in the heart of downtown ,so It's good to see a new building poping up here, hope it will start the trend for this neighbourhood .I have a feeling this tower will look just fine
