Luanda has a great potential to become an international city should its rehabilitation process proceed smoothly. The heritage architecture looks beautiful and the setting is awesome.
Oil money is creating some positive effect on its infrastructure as the country rebuilds itself from that long protracted civil war. Still a long way to go, but hey, it's a start. architecture? 8/10 high-rise skyline? 5/10 |

Luanda is still a city very much in recovery. In 10 years the place will look so much nicer.
