my latest project in alkhor is "The Canals" you can see "Plant Paradise Islands".

its the red part of the project

while the northren project is thaaron4's own plant paradise Islands

basicaly The Canals have lots of Restaurants, Cafes and shops with a large mall containing a 25 screen cenima, an icerink, bowling, and best of all huge indoor and outdoor roller coasters !!!! it will have lots of (FUN) places which means that this area is mainly for ages 10-20

Guyz due to the over success in the Zubarah Economic city with its free trade zone areas and its famouse Zubarah Port and Zubarah marina and its residents of 200,000 - 400,000 a plan for an airport with 1 runway is planned to get constructed as soon as phase 3 ends but it will be a littil bit far away from the ciy to encourage more construction of buildings outside the main project the airport will also serve areas like dukan and alshimal, the airport will handle 30 million a year.

its basically an extension to lusail development

but it will be mainly residential with villas, apartments, penthhouses and large castle like palaces !!!!

it will have 3-4 malls plus 15 hotels and 6 beach resorts

btw the circuit wont be demolished it will be in the development

Abu Samra Development

Abu samra is where the check point between Qatar and Saudi Arabia is located so why not show off to other countries by building Resorts, Hotel Towers and Commercial Developments in that area.

It will have Malls, Hospitals, schools, a university, a stadium, Residential towers, office towers, open squares, mosques, a lagoon with buildings around it, parks and finally a small theme park

The area around salwa road will have petrol stations on each side, and the rest will be Cafe's, Restaurants, Showrooms and Shops.

yes live forever in there !!!!! btw this project wont have R/A at all !!! it will be about 80% Interchanges and 20% trafic signals.

currently i am not shure we really need artificial islands dubai is doing it because it dosent have enough space left while Doha has the whole country to fill. but there will be a project coming soon its not an artificial island but its going in the sea

those squares on the edge of the bigger are residential towers. the big islands offers a canal, freehold properties, a marina on the face facing the smaller island etc.

the small one east of the big island is a hotel.

btw is there a bridge to the main land ? or will it be only by boat if there is a bridge then you should edit !
