THE OASIS @ PENANG
The Oasis is situated on a parcel with land area of approximately 6.5 acres.

The wet market of Taman Tun Sardon is located nearby and within walking distance due south of the subject property. University Science of Malaysia is located at Jalan Yeap Chor Ee and within walking distance due south of the subject property. Located opposite the subject property at Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah is RECSAM.
NUSMETRO VENTURE (P) SDN BHD (NVPSB), have put together a development proposal in which a joint venture (JV) partnership shall be formed with KOPERASI PEGAWAI KERAJAAN NEGERI PULAU PINANG (KPKPP) to develop a parcel of land in Gelugor, Daerah Timur Laut, Pulau Pinang.

hahaha!! i dont even live near malaysia.. anyway.. im sorry dude.. i dont hav any construction pics but from wat i know is that construction has started! if im not wrong that is..
