Would have been more striking (and visible) if it were just 5 floors higher.
Still a very nice addition to the density and skyline.

Congratulations!!

^yes that would of been great taller but it has reached max FSR, . the site only allows for 30storeys which is only 120m, so architects put it on stilts (60m) + a 30m top feature, thus adding 90m/300ft of height. totalling nearly 700ft.

incredible how much you can stretch a 30 story tower! it that makes a farce out of the land use plan though. great tower btw!

The lobby is very nice.It will be impressive to look at the tower from the street level and see through the building!

wow that lobby will be incredible. It's odd that the city put a restriction on the number of floors the site can have as opposed to the number meters the building can have.

Very unusual. Highly unorthodox.

I like it.

I don't really like most of the towers in Sidney, but this one's pretty nice.

The atrium is great, especially with that cross-bracing.

This is arguably my favourite tower in Australia. Any updates? It's been 10 months!

A few days ago the developer announced that it's on hold, a victim of the current uncertainty.

The photographs of the scale models and the skyline is what interests me. Sydney has no planning or forward thinking, it has no heart, no soul, no direction. Great skyline though...................
