This is only a portion of the skyline. Waterview Tower is out of view to the left.

The BCBS vertical expansion is also not shown in that render.

don't mean to rip the chicago city planners...

but looking down on the city in that photo..

but a marina, pier, & elevated highway between LSE tower and the lake?
might as well be living in Des Moines..

this is not a 'gold-coast'... it's a 'road-coast'.

if i'm out for a stroll from my 50th floor condo in LSE tower, and i manage to not get run-over going across LSD, i get a fine view of sailboats.

now the real gold-coast.. i'm out for a stroll from Q1.. no busy roads... and a world-class beach.. that's what Chi-town needs.

(post really has nothing to do with this tower... so if a mod wants to delete this, feel free.)

We need to raise the height of the LSE Tower that's in the rendering. It should be as tall as the AON Tower.

^Who said anything about a height increase. The title of this thread should actually be:

~921ft | 281m | 76 fl

It's the same project but the final height hasn't been confirmed.

Until a final height is confirmed, this will remain in the Highrises sub-forum.
