this is great news! sad thing is i will not be able to see its progress daily like i did when cicc was under construction since i no longer work in lapu-lapu. good thing is, naay ssc to see the updates!

 that's even better bai kay it's boring to see a building rise slowly everyday, hehehe.. much better if, say, you pass by there next month and you'll be surprised that there's already a high rise hotel, hehehe..  ... |

OT: Those traffic/security cams are functioning right? I saw one at the Osmeņa Wharf a while ago and I was amazed because the camera inside is actually moving 180 degrees left and right. .. |

yup! theyre working. if you look closely or go near those cameras you would actually see them looking at you.

Remote controlled noh? because the one near Abellana doesn't move continuously at 180 degrees both sides but rather intermittently. I tried to observe how the camera at the Abellana area moved and I noticed that there are times that it will move to the left, and then stop, and then move immediately to the right, etc. |
